Advising Services

SUMMER 2025 OISA ADVISING SERVICES & OFFICE HOURS

The Office of International Student Affairs (OISA) staff are working our usual hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST (with the exception of Friday afternoons, June 6-August 1—see "Summer Hours" section below) throughout the 2025 summer. To request an advising consultation, please send an email to oisa@wesleyan.edu and include:

  • Your first and last name as listed on your passport
  • Your WesID
  • Your preferred modality (in-person or virtual)
  • Your availability on weekdays between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm EST
  • The topic(s) you wish to discuss with a member of our professional staff

Once we receive your email, a member of our staff will respond and schedule your advising consultation. Please also note the following closures and changes to our summer schedule:

Designated Holidays 

OISA and many other Wesleyan offices will be closed on the following dates, which are designated holidays for employees of the University:

Summer Hours 

Many Wesleyan offices, including OISA, will be closed on Fridays from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 5:00 p.m. EST starting on June 6 and running through August 1. During these weeks, our office hours will be 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST Monday-Thursday and 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EST on Fridays.  

Remote Work 

OISA’s office location in Fisk Hall Room 105 will be closed on Mondays and Fridays from May 30 through August 15. However, our staff will be working remotely from home to support you on these days. If you need to arrange a virtual appointment with an OISA staff member on a Monday or Friday when our office location is closed, please send an email to oisa@wesleyan.edu with your first and last name as listed on your passport, your WesID (if applicable), and the details of your question(s)/concern(s).
